The reduction in revenue collections by the State of Oklahoma is causing reductions of X% in K-12 public schools for the 2015-2016 school year and will be even more profound in the 2016-2017 school year. Our 2016 goal is to find alternative funding sources for our great geography teacher training. It won't be one grant or one donor or one sponsor. It will be a combination of sources, of people who believe that geoliteracy is a critical part of preparation for students to be citizens, members of the workforce, and leaders.
